We offer several styles of core subject material to offer to the student - on paper and on CD, all adhering strictly to Ontario Ministry of Education Curriculum Guidelines
The first, Accelerated Christian Education Canada (A.C.E.) provides core subject material in book form from grades 8 to 12, available either by course or complete grade level. A.C.E. has taken the conventional textbook and divided it into bite-sized, achievable, units called PACE. Each PACE is more or less equivalent to a chapter in a textbook. Each level consists of 12 PACE units in each subject.
A second source of learning material is from Apologia Press of which we utilize their science texts, DVD labs and supplementary CDs as the primary core curriculum for the grades 11 and 12 sciences.

The combination of all these sources allows Above & Beyond the flexibility to be creative in our learning approach, providing an exciting, versatile and dynamic learning environment.. We offer an unconventional savvy with these kids to encourage learning and to help them succeed. Each student is unique in the way they absorb knowledge and each requires their learning to be tailored to their individual strengths and weaknesses.
